A calmer first start, what’s new, and PeekBench
  • PeekBench — peekbench.com shows how fast and how accurate each AI is on 77 real exam tasks. Run it on your own model (Pro), ask the models your own question side by side, or practise on exam pages with the extension.
  • What’s new — after an update, Peeksolve shows once what changed, the next time you open it.
  • Installing no longer opens a tab by itself. Click the Peeksolve icon and press “Set up Peeksolve” whenever you’re ready.
  • The shortcut check moved to PeekBench: press each key once and watch it arrive. Nothing is sent while you test.

Auto-fill rebuilt, and a faster standard AI
  • DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is the new standard AI for everyone, free answers included. Answers start in about half a second. On Pro you pick between DeepSeek, Gemini 3 Flash and Claude Sonnet 5.5.
  • Auto-fill, rebuilt — a whole quiz page in about three seconds, now also on Moodle, React apps and pages with frames. Answers it isn’t sure about get an orange outline.
  • Think before answering (Pro, Settings → Auto-fill) — Peeksolve reasons first and double-checks the answers it isn’t sure about.
  • God Mode always answers a page before it moves on, and never hands in a test.
  • Questions that contain words from their own answers are no longer cut short before they reach the AI.
  • Answers stream in faster for everyone after a fix on our server.

A setup that does it for you, and simpler settings
  • Setup page on first install — four quick questions (what you need, your subjects, where you use it, how answers should look), then Peeksolve sets itself up. Already have an account? Sign in on the first page and your setup comes back.
  • Answer style and language — just the answer, the answer with a reason, or step by step, in the language you want. Works on every shortcut, on the free plan too.
  • The last setup page checks your shortcut with a practice question and a real answer.
  • Settings, rebuilt in plain words — account, answers, shortcuts, look and auto-fill. The details sit under “More options”, and every change saves by itself.
  • The referral announcement is now a one-time window instead of a banner.
  • Not signed in yet? Instead of an error about API keys, Peeksolve now offers to finish the setup.

On the Chrome Web Store, God Mode, summaries and more
  • Chrome Web Store — one-click install, and updates arrive by themselves.
  • God Mode (⌘⇧G, Pro) — answers a test page by page and clicks “Next”, stopping before any final “Submit”.
  • Page summaries (Pro) — a long article in a few sentences.
  • Five AI models to choose from on Pro, and custom instructions for how Peeksolve should answer.
  • Opt-in history of your recent answers (Pro).
  • Shortcut check — a practice page confirms each shortcut really arrives on your computer.
  • Refer a friend — 15% off for them, 20% of their first payment for you.
  • The Agent shortcut moved to ⌘⇧E, because Chrome uses ⌘⇧A for tab search.
  • Prices are set in Swiss francs and shown in your own currency.
  • Light and dark mode for the menu and the settings.

  • Google sign-in no longer hits a "version outdated" error on the callback (top-level browser redirects don't send an Origin header).

Agent — the form fills itself
  • ⌘⇧A Agent (Pro) — reads the form on the page (inputs, dropdowns, radios, checkboxes), figures out the answers, and fills them in. Preview-then-apply by default, or one toggle for auto-apply.
  • Agent always uses Claude Sonnet 4.5. Glow feedback on each filled field; toast confirming "X fields filled" when done.
  • Agent UI inherits the same theme/transparency/font settings as the answer box.
  • In-popup update banner so future updates are one click.
  • OpenRouter removed as a BYO provider option (it's used internally by Pro). Existing OpenRouter users are migrated to Groq automatically.

  • Persistent extension identity — a fixed manifest key means your extension keeps the same Chrome ID across reinstalls. API keys, themes, custom shortcuts and saved box position now always survive an update.
  • First-time upgrade still requires re-entering settings — from 1.1.5 onwards, everything sticks.

Custom keyboard shortcut
  • Record-your-own shortcut directly in the popup — click “Record”, press your combo, done. Works alongside the default ⌘⇧L.
  • Custom shortcut works on any normal webpage. Chrome’s own pages still need the default shortcut.
