Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the paid Peeksolve Pro subscription. The free / bring-your-own-API-key mode has no terms beyond “don’t do illegal things.”
1. The service
Peeksolve Pro is a monthly subscription that gives signed-in users:
- Access to multiple AI models (Meta Llama, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) via OpenRouter
- A monthly USD 2.50 API credit allowance on a per-user OpenRouter key provisioned by us
- No daily request count limit (the only limit is the credit balance)
2. Pricing & billing
- Price: USD 6.49 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- Currency: USD. Stripe may convert to your card’s local currency at their published rate.
- Tax: where required, Stripe applies the appropriate VAT / sales tax in addition to the base price.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Credits
- Each billing period grants USD 2.50 in API credits on a per-user OpenRouter API key managed by Peeksolve.
- Credits are non-rolling: unused balance does not carry over to the next month.
- Credits are non-refundable: we cannot convert unused credits back to money.
- If you exhaust your credits before the period ends, Pro features become unavailable until renewal. The free tier remains accessible by entering your own API key.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible at peeksolve.com/account.html → “Manage subscription”.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the current period.
- Your auto-provisioned OpenRouter API key is disabled at cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
By using Peeksolve Pro you agree not to:
- Submit prompts that violate local law, including content depicting illegal acts, child exploitation, terrorist recruitment, or fraud
- Use Peeksolve to generate spam, harassment, or impersonation content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our OpenRouter key allocation in order to abuse it (e.g. provisioning credits beyond your subscription)
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission
- Use the service in ways that violate the underlying model provider’s policies (Meta’s, Google’s, Anthropic’s, OpenAI’s)
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we detect abuse, with proportional refund for the unused portion of the current month.
6. Service availability
Peeksolve runs on a small server in Switzerland. We do our best to keep it up but offer no uptime guarantee. If the backend is down, Pro features won’t work; the free / BYO-key path remains usable since it doesn’t depend on our infrastructure.
7. Disclaimers
Peeksolve is a productivity tool. AI-generated responses can be wrong, biased, or hallucinate. Verify important answers independently. We provide the service “as is” without warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or fitness for any decision-making.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — i.e. at most USD 60. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be communicated by email to signed-in users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the canton where the operator resides.
