Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the paid Peeksolve Pro subscription. The free / bring-your-own-API-key mode has no terms beyond “don’t do illegal things.”
1. The service
Peeksolve Pro is a monthly subscription that gives signed-in users:
- Access to multiple AI models (DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) via OpenRouter
- A monthly allowance of USD 2.50 worth of API credit on a per-user OpenRouter key provisioned by us
- No daily request count limit (the only limit is the credit balance)
2. Pricing & billing
- Price: CHF 7.49 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. A one-time Day Pass costs CHF 2.99 for 24 hours of Pro access.
- Currency: prices are set in Swiss francs (CHF). Where Stripe supports it, your card is charged in your local currency at Stripe’s exchange rate at the time of checkout; otherwise the charge is in CHF and your card issuer converts it. Amounts shown in another currency on our website use the day’s reference rate and may differ slightly from the checkout amount.
- Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. If we ever change the price of an existing subscription, we notify you at least 30 days in advance.
- Tax: where required, Stripe applies the appropriate VAT / sales tax in addition to the base price.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Credits
- Each billing period grants USD 2.50 in API credits on a per-user OpenRouter API key managed by Peeksolve.
- Credits are non-rolling: unused balance does not carry over to the next month.
- Credits are non-refundable: we cannot convert unused credits back to money.
- If you exhaust your credits before the period ends, Pro features become unavailable until renewal. The free tier remains accessible by entering your own API key.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible at peeksolve.com/account.html → “Manage subscription”.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the current period.
- Your auto-provisioned OpenRouter API key is disabled at cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
By using Peeksolve Pro you agree not to:
- Submit prompts that violate local law, including content depicting illegal acts, child exploitation, terrorist recruitment, or fraud
- Use Peeksolve to generate spam, harassment, or impersonation content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our OpenRouter key allocation in order to abuse it (e.g. provisioning credits beyond your subscription)
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission
- Use the service in ways that violate the underlying model provider’s policies (Meta’s, Google’s, Anthropic’s, OpenAI’s)
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we detect abuse, with proportional refund for the unused portion of the current month.
6. Service availability
Peeksolve runs on a small server in Switzerland. We do our best to keep it up but offer no uptime guarantee. If the backend is down, Pro features won’t work; the free / BYO-key path remains usable since it doesn’t depend on our infrastructure.
6a. Referral programme
- Every account has a referral code. A new customer who checks out with your code pays 15% less on their first payment. A customer can redeem one referral code, once.
- You receive 20% of that customer’s first payment only (renewals and later purchases earn nothing), credited in CHF to a balance seven days after the payment (the hold covers refunds; a refunded payment reverses its credit).
- Balance is spent on Peeksolve: applied to your own subscription invoices or redeemed for a Day Pass. Balance has no cash value except as set out next.
- Cash payout is available from CHF 15 of balance, to persons aged 18 or over, and is handled entirely by Stripe: you complete Stripe’s identity and bank-account onboarding, the amount is transferred to your Stripe payout account, and Stripe pays your bank on its schedule. We never receive your identity or bank details. We may take up to 30 days per payout.
- Self-referral, fake accounts or codes obtained by misleading others void the balance. We may suspend the programme or change its terms for future referrals at any time; earned balance stays.
7. Disclaimers
Peeksolve is a productivity tool. AI-generated responses can be wrong, biased, or hallucinate. Verify important answers independently. We provide the service “as is” without warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or fitness for any decision-making.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — i.e. at most CHF 90. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be communicated by email to signed-in users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the canton where the operator resides.
